1. Services Covered

Clove Sleep and Wellness (Pvt) Ltd currently accepts online payments through its website only for the initial consultation service.

No physical goods or products are sold through our website. Accordingly, provisions relating to the return, exchange, shipping, or replacement of physical products do not apply.

2. Consultation Cancellation and Refunds

A refund may be considered in the following circumstances:

• The consultation is cancelled by Clove Sleep and Wellness (Pvt) Ltd.
• Clove Sleep and Wellness (Pvt) Ltd is unable to provide the consultation for reasons attributable to the clinic.
• A duplicate payment has been made for the same consultation.
• A payment has been successfully processed but the consultation cannot be scheduled or provided.

Where a refund is approved, the refund will generally be made to the original payment method used for the transaction.

3. Cancellation by the Client

If you are unable to attend your scheduled consultation, please contact us as soon as possible.

Refunds for client-initiated cancellations will be considered on a case-by-case basis, depending on the timing of the cancellation, if the request for cancellation has been made 2hrs prior to the scheduled consultation time, and whether the consultation has already been provided or commenced.

Once the initial consultation has been provided or commenced, the consultation fee is generally non-refundable.

4. Missed Appointments and No-Shows

If a client does not attend a scheduled consultation without prior notice, the consultation fee may be treated as non-refundable.

However, Clove Sleep and Wellness (Pvt) Ltd may, at its discretion, allow the client to reschedule the consultation if it’s made 2hrs prior to the scheduled consultation time. Any rescheduling will be subject to availability and any applicable terms communicated to the client.

5. Payment Errors and Duplicate Payments

If you believe that you have been charged incorrectly, charged more than once, or have experienced an error while making a payment, please contact us promptly with the relevant transaction details.

After verification, any confirmed duplicate or erroneous payment will be refunded to the original payment method, subject to the applicable payment gateway’s processing procedures.

6. Refund Processing

Where a refund is approved, Clove Sleep and Wellness (Pvt) Ltd will initiate the refund within a reasonable period after approval.

The time taken for the refunded amount to appear in the client’s account may vary depending on the payment gateway, bank, card issuer, or other payment service provider used for the original transaction.

Clove Sleep and Wellness (Pvt) Ltd is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or financial institutions.

7. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Except where required by applicable law or otherwise determined by Clove Sleep and Wellness (Pvt) Ltd, refunds will generally not be provided:

• After the initial consultation has been completed.
• Where a client has failed to attend a scheduled consultation without prior notice.
• Where the client has voluntarily discontinued the consultation after it has commenced.
• For dissatisfaction with professional advice or recommendations provided during a consultation, where the consultation service itself has been delivered.

Clove Sleep and Wellness (Pvt) Ltd reserves the right to update or amend this Refund and Cancellation Policy from time to time. Any updated version will be published on this website with the revised effective date.
